Are you or your child new to the water? Mae offers personalized private swim lessons for beginners, focusing on water safety and basic swimming techniques. Each lesson is tailored to the individual's comfort and skill level (ages 2+).
INTERMEDIATE
Know how to swim, but want to be faster? Intermediate lessons focus on stroke improvement and building endurance. Mae provides specialized coaching to enhance swimming techniques and confidence in the water.
ADVANCED
Have an upcoming triathlon or want to hone specific skills? Benefit from Mae's background as an NCAA Division I athlete. She offers advanced coaching and personalized swim camps to help you achieve your goals.
